Answers to your questions

What types of incidents can we manage?
Confide can be configured for compliance incidents, suspected misconduct, fraud concerns and operational issues. Forms and workflows reflect the information and review steps each type needs.
How is this different from Confide’s whistleblowing product?
Whistleblowing focuses on giving people a way to raise concerns. Incident Response focuses on the team’s work to assess an incident, investigate it, coordinate actions and document the outcome. Both use Confide’s workflow and case-management foundation.
Does every incident need a full investigation?
No. Your team assesses the information and decides the appropriate next steps. The process can be configured around the types of matters you handle.
Can we use our own forms and processes?
Yes. Forms and workflows can be configured around the information, responsibilities and review steps your organization needs.
How does AI support the team?
Echo helps collect missing context, Compose helps prepare drafts from case information, and Sentinel helps analyze recorded information. Your team reviews the outputs and makes the decisions.
Can we track actions after recording the findings?
Use case tasks to assign follow-up work, record owners and deadlines, and track progress. Keep the case open while work is outstanding, then review the completed actions before recording the outcome.
Can we migrate existing cases and export our data?
Confide supports historical case imports and Excel, CSV and API exports. We will confirm the fields, files and history available from your current system when planning the migration.
Who can access an incident record?
Access is configured for the people handling the case. The demo can show how permissions, internal notes and communication work for your team.
