Answers to your questions

What types of employee concerns can we manage?
Configure the channel for concerns such as unfair treatment, bullying, harassment, discrimination, workplace relationships and the application of company policies. Your HR team reviews the circumstances and chooses the appropriate handling process.
How is this different from whistleblowing?
Grievances often concern an employee’s own experience at work. Whistleblowing may involve wider wrongdoing, and some reports overlap. Confide can support separate channels and workflows, so your team can handle the matter through the appropriate process.
Can employees report anonymously?
Named and anonymous reporting options depend on how your channel is configured. We can demonstrate the available choices and follow-up experience. Confidential handling and anonymity are different, and the circumstances of a concern may still identify someone.
What if the concern involves the employee’s manager or HR?
Set up an alternative handling route and appropriate access for sensitive cases. We will walk through the assignment and permissions available for your process, including concerns involving the usual recipient.
Can HR keep employees updated?
Yes. Use secure messaging to ask questions, share progress and communicate the outcome. Internal case notes and employee-facing messages serve different purposes and should be handled separately.
How does this support preparation for Singapore’s Workplace Fairness Act?
MOM currently indicates implementation at the end of 2027. Confide supports the operational work of receiving concerns, managing review and communicating outcomes. Your organization remains responsible for its policies and handling decisions. Configure the process around the requirements that apply to you.

What happens if a grievance remains unresolved?
Use your organization’s review or escalation procedure to determine the next step. The workflow can retain the relevant record, communication and follow-up tasks. An internal process does not replace applicable external avenues of assistance or redress.
Can AI decide whether a complaint is valid?
Your team makes the findings and decisions. AI can help clarify information, summarize material and draft communications for human review.
Can we move our existing cases into Confide?
Yes. We can help plan the import of historical records, configure your workflow and train your team. The scope depends on your existing data and the information you need to preserve.

We’ll walk through employee reporting, HR case handling and follow-up, using your process as the starting point.
