Three reasons teams pick Confide over Convercent

AI that arrives with you, not after a migration

Echo completes the report while the reporter is still there. Sentinel answers questions across every case, with citations, and carries out tasks. Compose drafts and signs the documents. All three are in the platform fee.

One fee for the whole platform

From USD 2,000 a year with unlimited users and cases. The product sold by custom quote, and Integrity Line, where its customers are headed, is priced on request with phone, email and extra intakes as add-ons.

Why teams choose Confide over Convercent

+50%

More reports arrive ready to investigate

Echo asks the follow-up questions on the web form or in the voice report while the reporter is still there, instead of a call center script.

1 day

Standard setup

Most programs go live in a day; enterprise rollouts with SSO and a history import take three to six weeks. EQS describes a few business days to eight to twelve weeks for the platform its customers are moving to.

USD 0

Per user or per case

One annual fee by headcount. The helpline was sold in Pro, Advanced and Enterprise tiers by custom quote, with the call center and global toll-free lines in the upper two.

Who is Convercent good for

Continuity before migration

You already run Convercent and want to keep the program stable while assessing EQS’s upgrade plans.

Telephone reporting must continue

Your existing policy depends on global phone coverage, so any migration must preserve that access.

Time to plan the move

You have connected reporting and disclosure workflows and need time and budget to map them before changing providers.

Thinking about switching from Convercent?

If you are considering a move, a Confide compliance expert works through how your program ran, brings every case across before your upgrade date and sets Confide up around your team.

  1. Kick-off with a compliance expert

We go through your intake methods, triage rules, allegation types, retaliation check-ins and the reports your board receives, then agree what Confide should run from day one.

  2. Export from Convercent

The reporting exports to Excel and the data services expose APIs. We help you pull every case, allegation, task, message and attachment before the platform you are on changes.

  3. Import into Confide

Unlimited Excel and CSV imports. We map allegations, departments, locations, intake methods and open follow-ups to Confide cases, and you check the result. One to two days.

  4. Custom setup and admin training

Your dedicated Customer Success Manager builds accounts, reporting links, QR codes, languages and workflows to the plan, connects single sign-on, and trains your admins and investigators hands-on.

  5. Testing and feedback

We submit test reports through the web link, QR code, email and voice, including a scheduled retaliation check-in, follow each to closure with your team and adjust what does not fit.

  6. Embedding and growth

We replace the helpline number and web address on posters, the code of conduct and the intranet with your Confide link and QR code, then keep the program growing after launch.

Questions about switching

Is Confide a Convercent alternative?
Yes, and the timing is the point. OneTrust transferred Convercent to EQS Group in December 2024, convercent.com now says the product is part of EQS, and EQS is offering customers upgrade plans to its own platform. If you are moving anyway, Confide is the other destination: web forms, voice reports, email intake and the API, AI across casework and a published price. If you want the closest continuation of the suite, with disclosures, policies and a call center under one vendor, the EQS route keeps those together.
How does pricing compare?
The product sold by custom quote, and EQS prices Integrity Line on request with phone reporting, email intake and extra web intakes as add-ons. Confide publishes annual bands by employee headcount, from USD 2,000 a year, with unlimited users and cases; the calculator on this page shows your band. Price the move at your headcount with the reporting tools and AI features you need included.

Does Confide offer a phone hotline?
No. The helpline ran through a call center and an interactive voice response line in hundreds of languages, and EQS offers phone reporting as an add-on. Confide reporters record inside the product from any browser or phone, in their own language; the voice is distorted and transcribed into the case and Echo asks its questions while they are still there.

What happens to our Convercent data if we choose Confide?
It comes with you. The platform exports to Excel and exposes APIs through its data services; Confide imports unlimited Excel and CSV files. Our onboarding team maps allegations, departments, locations and open follow-ups with you before your upgrade date, you check the result before go-live, and the data is hosted in Frankfurt from day one.
How does Confide compare with EQS Integrity Line, where its customers are heading?
We compared them side by side on their own page. In short, EQS sells Integrity Line in three tiers, with phone reporting, email intake, extra web intakes and AI classification in the upper ones. Confide includes web forms, voice reports, email intake and the API, 30+ languages and all three AI agents in one published price.
